1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Vero Scale provides web design, development, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Vero Scale retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.
5. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in each project will be specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vero Scale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
